We find the program very user-friendly. We have problems with the mapping. We would like to identify whether it is a full casket or an urn,or an ash spreading area.
A user friendly and affordable tool for keeping track of burials. We are most pleased with the program. My only complaint is the maps - not at all user friendly, hard to read, etc. We have to rely on our old paper maps for plot locations. I would love to see the mapping system revamped.
I have been using the online version of The Crypt Keeper since it's inception. This program has made our cemetery customer service and our speed of service much more improved.
