I want to download the online version of the crypt keeper cemetery software. I now use the desktop version and need to transfer to another computer and have found out I cannot do this. I found out I will need to do the online version to be able to use the other computer. I have also learned that you can download what I have on the desk top version to the online version. When would be a good time to get this going?
I switched our Cemetery to The Crypt Keeper software one year ago. For the price The Crypt Keeper is a great product. Easy data entry and the mapping is very easy to set-up and use. The field size in the mapping would be better if it could be sized. Overall this is a great value for the price you pay.
Have used this for several years starting with the PC download. Very user-friendly, and Tom is great if you have a problem. Great for small public or private cemeteries!
When I was asked to take over record keeping for our church cemeteries, I really didn't know what I was going to do. However, now I'm so glad I stumbled across The Crypt Keeper product. This software allows any one like me with limited office record keeping skills to maintain professional electronic records. Thanks Tom for a great product at affordable price.
I have been using Crypt Keeper since created and I can't say enough about how easy, user friendly and reliable it is in managing our small public cemeteries. The reports are flexible and being able to scan in documents and pictures have been a great time and space saver. The customer support is the best! Tom is amazing and very professional in helping troubleshoot, answer questions, and updating the program to meet the customer's needs. Thank you!
This software is very user-friendly. We are a small town with a small cemetery and none of the records have been put on computer until we found Crypt Keeper. It accommodates all of our needs and allows us to print maps for easier location of grave sites.
Crypt Keeper is the best 'price performance / ease of use’ Cemetery Management Software, I have found for our small ‘Prairie Cemetery’ (300 interred/700 capacity). Before deciding on CK, I did look at and try some other CMS free trials which were available; however, with what I tested, CK was the best, so I selected it. After deciding, I have not looked for any replacement CMS, as I have no reason to. Initial Configuration was straight forward, Data entry of burial records was easy, as was the entry of Cemetery grid mapping. Once done, the generation of Reports (paper copy or Excel) handles any request I have come up with. The author; Tom is always available for questions, as well as adding new features (his own or suggested by his users) to make CK even more robust.
I've been using The Crypt Keeper software to add images to each grave entry as well as updating the maps at St. John the Baptist cemetery. I find the program very user-friendly and easy to use. The written documentation makes it easy to understand , allowing users to make additions,adjustments and/or corrections to the records. Highly recommended to any cemetery association.
Love this cemetery software! Easy to navigate and Tom is always working to keep it up to date and to make improvements. It is user friendly and our cemetery, Parish of St John the Baptist cemetery has been using this program for 6 years.Tom is easily accessible to solve problems and answer emails.Great price!!

I have been using Crypt Keeper since 2009 and am extremely pleased with it. Tech support has been fantastic over the years and the purchase price was amazingly low. The product does everything that we need to do and more.
